I work to visually extract color, form, and the synergy of these elements, from an existing environment.Some days I find the color itself is sufficient to make a visual statement and other days the form emotes the message.
I was raised in New York City and attended art classes at MOMA as a child. I have studied painting at the Arts Student League and Parsons School of Design in NYC and was a fine art and art history major.I have worked professionally as an editorial designer for magazine publications. The responsibility of raising a family led me to other career paths. I have recently returned to my passion in an attempt to combine my vocation with my avocation.
